• Credit Reporting:  Should you request services from USCORP123.com and reverse charges due to:
• Not remembering the Name of Our company
• Not remembering the services requested
• Cancelled after processing had taken place
• We performed, you received, and you though different....scenario 

USCORP123.COM imposes a surcharge of $50.00 for reversals that are are payable within 3 business days.  If a reversal is not corrected within that period of time and fees paid as mentioned and agreed, USCORP has the right to collect all collection and attorneys fees associated with the recovery of the services performed on your behalf....This rarely happens.  Unfortunately, it does and in order for us to keep pricing competitive ...we do have to collect.  Non recovery Items are reported on behalf of the Applicant to the three major Credit bureaus.  During collection,  USCORP123.COM retains the right to the entity, trademarks, or services performed.  So,  Just be aware of what credit card you are using, the amount (before you submit), the services your requesting, just logical sense.

USCORP123.COM is not responsible for delays caused by the Postal Service, Shipping services such as Fedex or UPS.  In Addition, USCORP123.COM is not responsible for the delays that may occur due to the backlog of the State Division of Corporation, malfunctioned fax or machinery.  We guarantee that we will process your request in the most expedited manor according to the services you request.  All expedited request are handled on a "top of the Pile", then regular request.  Usually all request are processed in the same or next business day unless there is additional information is needed and  requested from you.  Oh, almost forgot  USCORP123 is not responsible for any delay due to an act of war or God.
